It is a legal requirement that all staff working with Food receive training commensurate with their level of involvement and responsibility. This Basic Food Safety course complies with the requirements as set out by the Food Safety Authority Ireland “Food Safety Training.

Objective

To train staff responsible for the development and maintenance of the food business’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system must have received adequate training in the application of the HACCP principles.
