How long does take?
It is a 1/2 day course with small theory assessments as part.

Understanding codes and specifications
Storing, handling, transporting wheels, inspection and testing
Components and assembly of abrasive wheels
Wheel balance and dressing
Work rest adjustment
Safety and Health regulations
Who Should attend?
Operators and supervisors working with angle grinders, chop saws, petrol saws, bench and pedestal grinders.
What is the maximum number per course?
Providing there is enough space, we can accommodate groups up to 10 people.
If you have a large training room it is possible to combine two courses together to accommodate 20 people.
Do I need any previous qualifications or requirements?
There are no previous Qualifications necessary although a good understanding of English is required for most of our courses.
If there are language barriers we also run courses in Polish, Latvian, Russian, French and Spanish
What Qualification do I Get?
On Completion, all participants receive a Certificate of competence from TC Ireland
How much does it cost?
Prices are 70 Euros per person, with group rates at 485 Euros up to 8 people.
How long does it last?
This Certificate is Valid for 3 Years
Do I get anything extra?
All course participants get a set of Training Notes, Certificates and refreshments with tea/ Coffee
Is there any Assessments?
There is a small Theory Questionnaire at the end of the course.
There is also some skills demonstration in order to pass the course
Do I Need to Bring anything?
If you have Gloves & Goggles We would recommend bringing them,
These Can be Provided on the day if Required.
How long does it take to get certificates?
All of our courses are certified on the day once payment has been received.
