Sylwia Szczypta


Sylwia is a foreign language specialist and has worked in the Health and Safety sector since 2009. With a has a range of skills including qualifications in Manual Handling, Sylwia consistently offers the highest standard of professionalism and ensures each participant really benefits from undertaking training which supports career development.

Paul Matthews


Paul has over 20 years’ experience in a range of First Aid environments He has worked as an ambulances crew member and in a number of First Aid roles at major events across Ireland. Paul has also spent many years managing groups of medics at Ireland largest and most well attended outdoor events and festivals including as Oxygen and Electric Picnic. Paul is a valuable asset to our team. He has been training First Aid courses for over 7 years and has a great understanding of trainees. He is personable and approachable when delivering training courses and always supports the participants to get the most from there time on the course.

Shane Rispin


Shane is our Senior Training Manager. With over 14 years’ experience in the industry he brings a vast array of knowledge to our courses. With a background in both construction and Ambulance Crews Shane covers a wide number of areas such as First Aid, Manual Handling, Drivers CPC and Risk Assessments. He sets the high standards here at Medic Response and is highly endorsed from organisations including: The HSE, Dublin Fire Brigade, Coillte, An Post.

David Leavy


Dave has been training First Aid courses for nearly 20 years across a range of organisations and to professional in a range of business and community organisations. His knowledge and experience was gain through his year of service with The Order Of Malta. His training methods are unmatched in quality, content, delivery and pure enjoyment. He has presented courses to many high standing figures within Ireland and Helps people from all walks of life on a daily Basis.
